"Honestly, the livestream worked just fine for us"
I was kind of expecting at least one glitch because, you know, livestreams can be unpredictable. But nope, it stayed on the whole time and we didn’t run into any issues. Straightforward experience overall.

It was a nice enough place overall!!! The atmosphere was okay, but it felt a bit crowded inside and didn’t really stand out too much!!! Still, not a bad spot to check out!!!

"Booking was easy enough for me"
I booked through littlechapel.com, it was straightforward for what I needed. The dates and package info were easy enough for me to understand, and I got my confirmation quickly, which I appreciated. I did have to poke around for a minute to find one detail, but overall it worked fine for me

We picked Little Chapel at first because the location was just super convenient for us and our family. It was easy to find, parking wasn’t a nightmare, and we didn’t have to run all over town, which was such a relief. I mean, I was fully prepared to be stressed about everything that day, but nope, suddenly I was like, wait… this is actually going really smoothly. Really glad we went with it.

"It’s a really place and I did..."
It’s a really place and I did enjoy being there, but I felt like everything was moving at lightning speed. The staff were fine, not overly warm but not rude either. Parking, though, was an absolute nightmare and had me questioning all my life choices before I even got inside.

The ceremony felt so personal and true to who we are. It wasn’t generic or overly formal, it felt like our story was being told in a really thoughtful way. We left feeling so happy, seen, and grateful.

"Really good help on wedding day"
We used Little Chapel for our wedding coordination, the day went really smooth. The staff kept everything moving and helped us not stress so much, which was big relief. A couple small things were running little late, but nothing major, and they handled it fast. Everyone was nice and easy to talk with. I’d give them 4 stars, we were really happy with how the day turned out

"Nice little trip overall"
We got there a bit early, so we had time to look around and take a few pictures before everything started. The weather was decent, the staff seemed friendly enough, and nothing felt too rushed, which I appreciated. After all the planning and running around, I think the vow renewal itself was fine. Not amazing or anything, but okay and it went smoothly enough.

"Decent package, but I expected better for the price"
The package was okay overall, and I wouldn’t say anything was seriously wrong with it, but I expected a little more for what I paid. Some parts were useful, while others felt kind of unnecessary. It worked out fine in the end, but I’m not sure I’d call it a great value. I feel like at the very least, an apology or some acknowledgment would be nice since it didn’t really match what I was expecting. It might be fine if you just need something simple and don’t mind paying a bit extra.

I stopped by this little chapel it was surprisingly spotless inside. Everything felt really well taken care of. I had a quick question beforehand and support basically said, “you’re all set, just come on in,” which made it feel easy and welcoming

I watched the video on my phone first, and that’s what sold me. The picture was clear, the playback was smooth, and the sound came through well without me having to adjust much. I was expecting it to be decent, but it actually looked better than I thought it would. No issues on my end.

"Decent, but the timing was a little off"
We used Chapel of the Flowers and overall it was fine, just not totally seamless. They did get back to us, but sometimes it took longer than I expected, so I ended up following up a couple times lol.
The info we needed was there, but it felt a bit scattered and could’ve been organized better. Nothing awful happened, it just wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Nice ceremony, just felt a little rushed"
The ceremony was nice and the place looked really cute, but it just felt a bit rushed for us. The staff were friendly enough, just not very personal or warm. Everything went fine overall and there weren’t any major issues, but I guess I just expected it to feel a little more special. For the price, it was okay...

It was okay overall. I wouldn’t say I had a bad experience or anything like that, because nothing was really wrong with it, but at the same time, there wasn’t much that made me excited either. It kind of landed right in the middle for me. If you’re not expecting anything amazing, you’ll probably be fine with it, but I personally didn’t feel like it was especially memorable.

"Okay overall, but the pricing got confusing"
At first the prices seemed straightforward, but then a couple extra fees popped up later that I wasn’t expecting. I also got transferred around when I tried to ask about it, which was annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wish they were more upfront about the full cost from the start.

"Our officiant was so kind and made..."
Our officiant was so kind and made the whole thing feel really easy. We were nervous going into it, but he didn’t rush us at all and kept everything calm, sweet, and personal. It ended up feeling way more special than we expected. I’m really happy with how it went, and since I was asked to share my experience, I’d definitely appreciate any compensation or thank-you that was mentioned.
